The IIWW was completely different to the West. For them this war meant mainly fighting soldiers. For Poland (& after '41 for Soviets) this war meant 6 mln murdered civilians (only in Warsaw in '44 200.000), 150.000-200.000 Polish "race valuable" children were kidnapped, 2000 villages were pacified and murdered etc. So there was/is another perception of the WWII in Poland & on the West. The West brought shame upon itself 68 yrs ago. Poland said NO then. R.I.P. to all victims of this stupid war.

We Poles still have been waiting for British documents about death of General Władysław Sikorski in 04.07.1943. We know it was a murder - not a plane crash. You made them top secret (again in 90's) until 2050? How shameful the truth must be for Britain. He was the only statesman to secure Poland independence then... Why did the allies sell Poland to Stalin?

I love this scene. Ha Ha HA The Brits didn't hold the Polish pilots in high regard till they proved the Brits otherwise. The Poles showed the Brits how to fight !!! They were the inspiration and the talk of England.
